Convenient location
The Krasena building is located in the southwestern part of Sofia in the Krasna Polyana district, an area close to schools and kindergartens such as PG in 123 SU “Stefan Stambolov”, 51 SDYA, DG #126 Tintyava, PG in 136 OU “Lyuben Karavelov” and PG 147.
The location offers optimal proximity to the new metro station Ovcha Kupel, which makes it easier to get to some major higher education institutions such as NBU and SU St. Kliment Ohridksi. In the vicinity of the Krasena building there are various supermarket chains, gyms, MBAL Nadezhda hospital and it is close to Rositsa market.
Krasna Polyana district is one of the districts closest to the center of Sofia. It has a well-developed transport infrastructure and is served by all types of public transport. Ovcha Kupel metro station, trams 4, 11, 22 and buses 11, 60 and 83.

About the project
The Krasena building is a new large-scale project of Idea Buildings, with which we want to offer a living environment in the more peripheral but populated neighborhoods that lack the convenience of new construction.
The 8-storey building with 3 entrances offers quick access to the center of Sofia and at the same time an escape from the urban environment. We want to create a home for energetic people who do not want to deprive themselves of spacious and functional layouts.
Near the neighborhood is the newly opened Ovcha Kupel metro station, which is part of the third ray of the metro in the capital.
The immediate proximity of the Krasna Polyana quarter gives quick access to the New Bulgarian University.
The materials used in the construction, as well as the suppliers, have proven their quality over time. A good and balanced ratio between quality and price.
